August 16, 2012 SOUTHBRIDGE — It's the pits, really.
Though it's not (yet) officially recognized as a sport worthy of Olympic inclusion, horseshoe playing is still popular among many local throwers – and at least a few local venues.
Like the VFW club, for example.
