July 16, 2012 CHARLTON — A herding corgi with two-inch legs was the subject of a vicious dog hearing at the Board of Selectmen's Tuesday, July 10 meeting.
Teresa St. Germain, of 19 Buffumville Shore Road, said that her neighbor Cindy Anderson's 14-month-old puppy, Charley, chased, nipped and charged at her and visitors to her home several times over the last eight months.
Animal Control Officer Ann Sellew confirmed that she had received at least seven calls about the dog that lives at Anderson's 25 Buffumville Shore Road home since last fall.
